Shipping

HOW MUCH WILL DELIVERY COST FOR MY ORDER?

Shipping is calculated at the checkout for some orders for delivery within Australia. For some of our bespoke pieces, shipping is not calculated at the checkout due to unique size, weight and nature of each item. Please get in touch with us directly via email to discuss shipping option if unsure before purchasing. 

Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 business days of the order being confirmed and processed.



WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

The Nature of Handmade 

All of our products are handmade, using materials local to the artisans. Due to the nature of our production methods and materials, each product will vary slightly in both dimensions and colouring. While we believe that these natural variations enhance the authenticity and beauty of each item, we understand that some customers will require more exact product information before ordering. In these instances, please email us info@motsiliving.com.au for more information. 

Returns & Exchange Policy

No Refunds/Exchanges for orders for change of mind. Please choose products carefully before processing payment online. If unsure of product sizes and dimensions please contact us on info@motsiliving.com.au. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or under certain circumstances. 

Damages/defects and returns

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of receipt to report damaged or defective shipments. Please include one or more photos of the damage being reported. Email photos to info@motsiliving.com.au. Whether or not an item is damaged will be at the discretion of Motsi Living. If we determine that damage was made during production or shipping, we will make arrangements to replace damaged/defective products. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise, a credit for future order with us, or a credit back to the original form of payment.  Due to their specialized manufacturing, some items are non-returnable. 

Changing or cancelling your order

Sometimes things happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! Email us at info@motisliving.com.au. Once your order has been processed (usually within 2-3 business days) and/or production has been initiated, we will be unable to make any changes to your order.

We deliver Australia wide contingent on type of product. We use a range of courier services depending on the size, weight and nature of product.
